OCAOR can also be your information center. We can give you an answer or help you find the answer to your questions. Take advantage of your membership!
Education - Members get a discount rate on educational classes that OCAOR sponsors.

Code of Ethics Enforcement - REALTORS® are required to conduct their business according to a strict Code of Ethics. Mediation/Arbitration programs are also available to help resolve disputes with other REALTORS®, consenting clients, customers, and non-members.
Communication/Publication – OCAOR communicates with its members by email, website and the MLS home page to let members know of upcoming events and deadlines.
NMAR Representation – OCAOR represents its members at the State and National level
Realtor Member
Complete and return the Otero County Association Application for Membership form with the dues/fees required. There is a two (2) day waiting period once the process begins, allowing Membership time to review (in accordance with Association By-Laws, ARTICLE V, Section 3, page 6). The complete process takes up to four (4) days.
